We do not offer express shipping.
We ship exclusively with DHL Germany.

Premium Parcels
For shipments weighing between 1kg and 31.5kg (max dimensions: 120cm x 60cm x 60cm). Includes insurance up to €500 and tracking.

3. Small Value Shipments

For goods valued up to €40 (insured up to €20). Shipment includes packing charges and tracking.
Dimensions: 35.3cm x 25cm x 5cm.

EU Central Countries (BE, DK, FR, LU, NL, AT, PL, CZ):
- Up to 1kg: €11.00
Export Central Europe (CH, LI, UK, XI):
- Up to 1kg: €14.00
EU Other Countries (IT, SE, SK, SL, ES, HU):
- Up to 1kg: €13.00
Rest of EU (BG, EE, FI, EL, IE, HR, LV, LT, MT, PT, RO, CY, EE):
- Up to 1kg: €14.00
Export Europe (NO and most other European countries):
- Up to 1kg: €18.00

4. Bulky Goods

For parcels longer than 150cm or 200cm (depending on the destination). Additional fees apply:

EC Countries: €25.00 + VAT of destination country.
Export (non-Europe): €25.00.

Note: Bulky shipments are not available to all countries. For items exceeding 150cm or 200cm, shipment is only possible by freight. Freight costs depend on packaging, weight, volume, insurance, country, and ZIP code.

5. Additional Details

Prices apply for home delivery in most countries. For certain destinations, delivery may only be to a DHL pickup point. A home delivery option is available for an additional €4.30 (excl. VAT).
Service Extra Sure: Available for shipments up to €2,500 with a €10.00 surcharge.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the transport company.
